Fauji Foods Ltd appoints Syed Aamir Ahsan as Director

Fauji Foods Limited has appointed Syed Aamir Ahsan as Director of the company with effect from July 11, 2018, replacing Mr. Malik Adnan Hayat Noon who had resigned from the post on April 12, 2018. This was notified to the Pakistan Stock Exchange today, on Thursday July 12^th 2018.

Mr. Ahsan had been working with the firm as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Manager Finance for Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL) and has about 23 years of experience in fertilizer business in Pakistan. He has been working with FFBL since 2002 and in his role as CFO, he has successfully managed financial restructuring of FFBL with G0P as well as all financial feasibilities of Pakistan Maroc Phosphore, S.A (PMP).

“He has extensive experience of managing finances, budget, tax planning, investor relations, and audits”, says the company website, adding that “He also plays a leading role in the information technology (IT), operations, and HR teams.”
