ECC grants salary disbursement worth Rs1.37bn to PSM employees

October 28, 2022 (MLN): The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet on Thursday allowed the payment of a projected net salary of Rs1.378 billion for FY23 to be disbursed every month to Pakistan Steel Mills (PSM) employees through a technical supplementary grant.

This decision will ensure the disbursement of monthly salaries to the employees.

The summary for the aforesaid development was submitted by the Ministry of Industries and Production.

The ECC also approved Technical Supplementary Grants of Rs. 30.888.5bn in favor of Defence Division and Rs1bn for the Ministry of Housing and Works.
