ECC enhances export quota by 10 percent

December 04, 2018 (MLN): The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) has approved the augmentation of export quota by 0.1 million tons, bringing the total export quota to 1.1 million tons.
With Finance Minister Asad Umar in chair, the Committee has also decided to release Rs.2 billion of outstanding freight support claims.
Furthermore, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGCL) has been allocated up to 30 MMCFD of gas, from Zafir field.
