Dost Steels to increase Share Capital to Rs.3.6 billion

On Tuesday July 17^th 2018, the Board of Directors of Dost Steels Limited decided to increase the company’s Authorized Share Capital from Rs.3.2 billion to Rs.3.6 billion.

The authorized share capital has been decided to comprise of 360 million shares of Rs.10 each compared to 320 million shares of Rs.10 each.

It was further decided that any two Directors or Chief Executive officer or the Company Secretary are authorized to complete the corporate and legal formalities required.
