Director of EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited resigns

December 26, 2018 (MLN): EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited in its latest notification to PSX has announced the resignation of Mr. Haroon Askari, an independent director of the company from his directorship with effect from December 24, 2018.

“My other commitments have become such that I no longer can stay on the Board of brokerage house” Mr. Haroon Askari stated in his resignation letter.
