January 30, 2020 (MLN): Descon Oxychem Limited (DOL) via notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed that Descon Engineering Ltd has made new allotment of 48,888,866 ordinary shares at a price of Rs 10 per share (premium price of Rs 5 per share) of Descon Oxychem Limited on January 29, 2020.

It is pertinent to mention that the nature of the transaction of shares is other than right i.e. New Allotment.
