Dawood Lawrencepur to issue 241,950 right shares to National Investment Trust

March 02, 2020(MLN): The Board of Directors of Dawood Lawrencepur Limited has approved the allotment and issuance of 241,950 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each of the Company to National Investment Trust Limited pursuant to right issue announced in the year 1975 in compliance with the decision of the honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi.

This will increase the paid-up share capital from PKR 590,578,590 divided into 59,057,859 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each to PKR 592,998,090 divided into 59,299,809 ordinary shares of PKR 10 each.
