Dawood Hercules to invest Rs 100 million to set up a Digital Solution Company

June 24, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited has approved the formation of a wholly-owned local subsidiary, Empiric Al (Pvt) Ltd with an equity investment of Rs 100 million, which will be engaged in providing technology-led businesses.

It is pertinent to mention that the formation of Digital Solution Company is subject to all applicable regulatory approvals, revealed a notification issued to PSX.
