March 26, 2019 (MLN): Various companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchnage made material announcements today i.e. March 26, 2018, mostly concerning change in the management affairs of the company and financial earnings result. Some of these announcements are;

Engro Powergen Qadirpur has appointed Miss. Rabia Wafah Khan as the Chief Financial Officer, with effect from March 26, 2019 in place of Mr. Unser Owais.

Pakistan International Airlines has appointed Mr. Mohammad Younus Dagha (Secretary, Finance Division) as Director on PIACL Board, with effect from March 22, 2019 in place of Mr. Arif Ahmed Khan.

Byco Petroleum Limited has announced the cessation of Mr. Muhammad Mahmood Hussain as the Company Director as of March 21, 2019.

Capital Assets Leasing Corporation Limited has appointed Mr. Tahir Sohail as Director with immediate effect in place of Miss Rabia Fida.

Reliance Insurance Company Limited has announced its financial earnings for the year ended December 31, 2018, as per which the company has earned net profit of Rs. 48.9 million (EPS: 0.87), as compared to losses of Rs. 38.7 million incurred in previous year. The positive change in net earnings was a result of massive improvement in the investment income of the company.
