In a notice relating the minutes of Annual General Meeting, Nimir Resins have informed that the Board of Directors at Nimir Resins Limited has approved the appointments Mr. Tahir Jahangir and Mr. Pervaiz Ahmad Khan as Directors of the Company with effect from July 19, 2017.
