Corporate Alert: Mr. Haroon Askari to continue as Acting Managing Director/CEO of PSX

PSX in a statement informed the relevant stakeholders that, Mr. Haroon Askari to continue as Acting Managing Director/CEO of PSX.

Mr. Haroon Askari is currently serving as an interim Acting Managing Director/CEO at PSX since June 16, 2017. The expected period of his appointment was to expire at July 31, 2017 (Today).

However, due to a delay in appointment of a permanent CEO, the Exchange has notified that Mr. Haroon Askari is to continue serving as the CEO of Exchange until further notice or the date of formal appointment of a new Managing Director.
