Corporate Alert: ICI withdraws offer to acquire Linde Pakistan

Alfalah Securities as Manager to the offer have informed that, ICI Pakistan has withdrawn is request to acquire upto 60% shares of Linde Pakistan ltd.
The offer withdrew due to a failure of negotiations between ICI Pakistan and the BOC Group Ltd. for the acquisition of voting shares of Linde Pakistan weren’t successful and therefore ICI will not be acquiring the voting shares of Linde Pakistan.
