Corporate Alert: Dawood Hercules appoints Credit Suisse as advisor on divestment of its shareholding in HUBCO

In a notice issued by Dawood Hercules Group, it has informed all the relevant stakeholders that it has appointed Credit Suisse (Singapore) limited as its financial advisor to assist DH Corp and to advise on the feasible options and appropriate modalities relating to the consummation of the proposed divestment form HUBCO.

The decision was taken by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of Special Transaction Committee of DH Corp.

Earlier this month, Dawood Hercules Group (DH Corp) announced that it is contemplating a sale of its entire shareholding in The Hub Power Company (HUBC). The total shareholding percentage of Dawood Hercules Group in The Hub Power is 14.91%.
