Hub Power Holdings expands into green energy with new subsidiary, HUBCO Green

February 14, 2025 (MLN): Hub Power Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hub Power Company Limited (PSX: HUBC), is expanding into a new business sector through its newly incorporated subsidiary, HUBCO Green (Private) Limited.

This new venture focuses on establishing and operating electric vehicle charging infrastructure, according to the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

It will also involve activities such as importing, manufacturing, and assembling charging accessories.

With respect to the aforesaid, Hubco Green is entering into a collaboration agreement with Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) for the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at numerous PSO locations across Pakistan.
