CMMCL signs agreement with Ansari Brothers for sale of shares

March 01, 2022 (MLN): Subject to the approval of regulatory authorities, the shareholders of Crescent Modaraba Management Company Limited (CMMCL) have signed an agreement with Ansari Brothers (Private) Limited for the sale of shares and resultant transfer of control over the Modaraba to the purchaser, the company filing on PSX showed today.

CMMCL is the management company of First Elite Capital Modaraba and holds 10% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital i.e. Modarba certificates of the Modaraba.
