CLVL to inject Rs200mn in Coadaba Leasing Limited

October 28, 2022 (MLN): Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (CLVL) board of directors in its meeting has approved injecting Rs200 million into Cordoba Leasing Limited (CLL), the company’s filings on the stock exchange showed on Friday.
The company added, “To meet CLL's business operations and working capital requirements, the board has decided to Injection of Rs200mn into CLL an associated company against the issuance of 20mn ordinary shares at Rs10 each”.
