KSE100 Index ended Thursdays trading session at 49,958.33 down 204.48 points or 0.41 percent. Commercial Banks contributed 83.90 points to the decline, followed by Cement 50 points, Fertilizer 34.90 and Oil and Gas Exploration Cos 32.6 points.
All Share Volume increased by 36.29 Million to 268.79 Million Shares. Market Cap decreased by Rs.25.74 Billion.
Total companies traded were 377 compared to 369 from the previous session. Of the scrips traded 146 closed up, 217 closed down while 14 remained unchanged.
Total trades increased by 7,356 to 81,832.
