China’s Auto sales surge 9.8% in 1HCY23

July 11, 2023 (MLN): China's auto sales rose 9.8% YoY to 13.24 million units in the first half of 2023, the latest data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers showed on Tuesday.

Similarly, auto sales rose to 2.62m units in the month of June alone, up 4.8% YoY compared to the same period a year ago.

Meanwhile, vehicle sales edged up 0.145 YoY to 2.51m units in June of 2023 after climbing 27.9% a month earlier.
