CEO of Engro Fertilizers to step down from his position

October 16, 2018 (MLN): Engro Fertilizers has issued a notification stating that Mr. Ruhail Mohammad has opted for an early retirement and as a consequence has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Engro Fertilizers Limited (“the company”).

He shall be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of the company w.e.f. 30^th November 2018. The company’s Board of Directors shall appoint and announce Mr. Mohammad’s successor in due course.
