CEO of Engro Fertilizers to step down from his position

October 16, 2018 (MLN): Engro Fertilizers has issued a notification stating that Mr. Ruhail Mohammad has opted for an early retirement and as a consequence has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Engro Fertilizers Limited (“the company”).
He shall be stepping down as Chief Executive Officer of the company w.e.f. 30th November 2018. The company’s Board of Directors shall appoint and announce Mr. Mohammad’s successor in due course.
