July 09, 2026 (MLN): Bank Alfalah Limited's issuance of Tier 2 capital in the form of Term Finance Certificates (TFCs), for an aggregate amount of Rs20,000,000,000 (Rs20bn), has been fully subscribed following the final approval received from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and execution of the relevant transaction documents.

The TFCs were privately placed and/or will be subsequently listed in accordance with the Debt Securities Listing Regulations.

The Bank received the full subscription amounts from the investors in respect of the TFC issue. The issue date of the TFC issue is July 8, 2026.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
