CDC to promote digital solutions for capital market investors

January 6, 2023 (MLN): The Central Depository Company (CDC) will provide digital solutions for investors of capital market and availability of National Saving Schemes certificates in book-entry form, a notice issued by SECP on Thursday showed.

A meeting was held between Chairman SECP Akif Saeed and senior management of CDC on Thursday.

In the meeting, Chairman briefed about the ongoing projects and future plans for facilitation of investors of capital market.

Further, the operations and sustainability of E-Clear Services Limited, will provide clearing and custodial services to the Trading Only (TO) category of brokers as a subsidiary of CDC, were also deliberated.
