Brownfield Refinery Policy 2023 enables flexible dividend payouts: ATRL

October 09, 2023 (MLN): Refinery companies are now enabled to offer flexible dividend payouts following the government's approval of the Brownfield Refinery Policy 2023, as unveiled by the management of Attock Oil Refinery's (ATRL) in the company's AGM held on Monday.

The management further stated that the previous refinery policy is no longer in effect, leading to the abolishment of dividend capping on paid-up capital.

At the time of writing, ATRL’s share is being traded at Rs.262.25, up by 4.28 rupees or 1.66% compared to the previous close.

ATRL is a subsidiary of the Attock Oil Company Limited, England and its ultimate parent is Coral Holding Limited (a private limited company incorporated in Malta).
