BF Biosciences seeks main board listing on PSX

August 07, 2024 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has informed all concerned market participants that BF Biosciences Limited has applied for listing on the Main Board of PSX.

The total issue size of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) comprises 25,000,000 ordinary shares having a par value of Rs03 each using the Book Building Method at a floor price of Rs55 per share.

It is worth noting that Arif Habib Limited is the lead manager on the issue.

The draft prospectus of the company is hereby placed on the PSX Website under the caption "Public Comments on Draft Prospectus of BF Biosciences Limited".

"Details about the Issue can be reviewed through the attached Draft Prospectus of the Company," the notice issued by the local bourse concludes.
