Bawany Air Products shifts focus to investment in securities

April 10, 2025 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited (PSX: BAPL) has amended its principal line of business by changing its object clause from manufacturing to investment in shares, stocks, and other securities.

In its quarterly progress report, the company stated that the necessary forms have been submitted to the SECP CRO, and upon acceptance, it is expected to move to the regular counter from non-compliant status.

Additionally, the draft offer letter for the Right issue is currently pending with SECP, while the proposed issuance of shares otherwise than right is also awaiting regulatory approval.
