Bawany Air Products Ltd. to sell Land, Building, Plant & Machinery to repay company’s outstanding loans

June 18, 2020 (MLN): Bawany Air Products Limited via notification to Exchange has informed that the company has decided in its extraordinary general meeting held on June 02, 2020 to sell all the Land, Building and Plant & Machinery along with auxiliary machinery/ parts to repay company’s outstanding loans to the banks and other liabilities to the amount due to Directors/ their family associates.

In this regard, the Chief Executive of the company be authorized to sell and settle the Company’s liabilities and is further empowered to execute and deliver all necessary documents, take necessary steps and do all such deeds and things on company’s behalf.
