Barkat Frisian sets strike price at Rs18.2/share through book building

February 19, 2025 (MLN): The strike price of Rs18.2 per share for Barkat Frisian Agro Limited (BFAGRO) has been determined through book building conducted on February 17 and 18, 2025.

This is in reference to the approval of BFAGRO's prospectus, according to Arif Habib Limited, the book runner for the IPO.

The total participation of Rs14.24 billion has been received against the issue size of Rs881 million, an over-subscription of 16.2x.

A total of 707 investors participated in the book building of BFAGRO, out of which 667 investors were successful.
