Avanceon signs MOU with PE Energy to expand its footprint in Nigeria

September 24, 2019 (MLN): Avanceon F.Z.E, a wholly owned subsidiary of Avanceon Limited, has signed a MoU with PE Energy Limited, a leading Nigerian engineered solutions and supply chain management company, to expand its footprint in Nigeria, offer high-end integrated Control and Automation solutions for industrial end-users/customers and execute Main Automation Contractor (MAC) level projects.

“For more than three decades, Avanceon has been delivering state-of-the-art Control and Automation solutions that have helped clients streamline their processes, improve their production, minimize downtime and maximize profitability in line with their KPIs” an official notice released by the Company stated on Tuesday.

The strategic partnership between the two companies offers commercial and technical support for the execution of complex control and automation projects in Nigeria. Both Avanceon and PE Energy aim to streamline the deployment and accelerate time-to-market of control and automation solutions/applications. On the other hand, Nigerian customers will enjoy the benefits of working with a responsible local value creator and also eliminate the complexities of international trade and business.

CEO of Avanceon, Bakhtiar Wain on the abovementioned development said: "This partnership is very exciting for us. We see PE Energy as the perfect partner for our success in the Nigerian market. The most critical factor here is that Avanceon and PE shall execute significant component of the projects locally in Nigeria.
