Attock Cement attracts investor interest

May 29, 2025 (MLN): Attock Cement Pakistan Limited (PSX: ACPL) has revealed that several potential investors have expressed interest and plan to submit binding offers following due diligence.

The company confirmed that PIGL remains committed to divesting its stake, provided it receives a commercially acceptable offer.

To support the divestment process, Standard Chartered Bank has been appointed as PIGL’s financial advisor.

In its progress report, Attock Cement emphasized its commitment to ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements under Pakistan’s takeover laws throughout the transaction.
