Atlas Battery to forgo its land in exchange of Rs650 mln

November 26, 2018 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Atlas Battery Limited (ATBA), in their meeting held on November 26, 2018, have authorized the Company to sell their plot measuring 2.34 acres, situated in Sindh Industrial Trading Estate (S.I.T.E.), Karachi, to M/s. Shirazi Investments (Private) Limited, for an amount of Rs. 650,000,000.
