Askari to transition its portfolio to Riba Free Investments

December 30, 2022 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Askari General Insurance Company Limited (AGIC) has decided to gradually transition its portfolio to Riba Free Investments, starting from January 1, 2023, the company filing on PSX showed today.

At the time of writing, the scrip of the company is being traded at Rs16.14, up by 14 paisa or 0.88% DoD.

The company is engaged in the non-life insurance business comprising of fire, marine, motor, health, and miscellaneous. The Company is a subsidiary of the Army Welfare Trust.
