Asad Umar elected Chairman NA Standing Committee on Finance

ISLAMABAD, May 13: The National Assembly Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs Monday elected Asad Umar as its Chairman.

Earlier in committee meeting, Special Secretary, National Assembly Secretariat briefed the members about procedure for election of the Chairman.

Asad Umar was unanimously elected as Chairman of the Standing Committee on Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs.

The Chairman expressed his gratitude to the members for posing confidence in him and assured them to run the business of the Committee with consensus.
