ARY Communications to acquire over 51% capital of WorldCall telecom along with management control

October 31, 2019 (MLN): ARY Communications Limited and ARY Digital FZLLC has made a Public Announcement of Intention to acquire more than 51% of the issued and paid up share capital of World Call Telecom Limited, together with the management control.
Accordingly, the acquiring company has appointed Shajar Capital as the Manager to the Offer, an official notification sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange informed on Thursday.
