AKD Securities issues PAI to acquire 98.23% share capital of Baba Farid Sugar Mills

January 17, 2019 (MLN): AKD Securities Limited has issued a Public Announcement of Intention on behalf of Naubahar Bottling Company Pvt. Limited (Acquirer), whereby it has been appointed as the Manager to the offer by the acquiring company, to acquire 9,282,728 ordinary shares of Baba Farid Sugar Mills Limited (Target Company).

The said number of ordinary shares constitute 98.23% of the issued share capital of the Target Company, together with management control.
