AKD Securities extends acceptance period for TRG Pakistan acquisition

April 15, 2025 (MLN): AKD Securities Limited, acting as the Manager to the Offer on behalf of Greentree Holdings Limited (the Acquirer) to acquire 35.147% shares and control of TRG Pakistan Limited, has been authorized to further extend the closing date of the acceptance period under the interim order issued on April 10, 2025.

The revised schedule is as follows:

This notice is in continuation of the previous notice regarding the commencement of the acceptance period dated March 21, 2025, and the extension notice issued on April 03, 2025, which had revised the ending date to April 15, 2025
