AKD Group expresses interest to acquire at least 51% of EFG Hermes

January 25, 2023 (MLN): AKD Group Holdings (Pvt) Limited through its manager to offer AKD Securities Limited has submitted a Public Announcement of Intention (PAI) to acquire at least 51% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares and control in EFG Hermes Pakistan Limited, the notice sent to PSX said.

This PAI is intended to be published in one English and one Urdu newspaper on January 27, 2023, it added.
