Agritech Ltd receives requisition for fresh director election

March 10, 2025 (MLN): Agritech Limited (PSX: AGL) has received a requisition notice from a member calling for a fresh election of directors, in accordance with Section 162 of the Companies Act, 2017.

In response, the Board of Directors is expected to convene a meeting to deliberate on the requisition notice and determine the necessary actions for compliance.

AGL was incorporated in Pakistan on 15 December 1959 as an unlisted Public Limited Company under the repealed Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017).

The principal business of the Company is the production and sale of Urea and Granulated Single Super Phosphate fertilizer.
