AGIL continues plant shutdown due to reduction in production volumes

June 02, 2023: Agriauto Industries Limited (PSX: AGIL) will be observing partial shutdown during the month of June 2023, the company's filing on PSX showed today.

This shutdown is due to a reduction in the production volumes of the company's major customers.

Agriauto Stamping Company Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of the AGIL will also observe partial shutdown in June 2023 owing to the reasons stated above.

This came on top of the plant's partial shutdown from Feb to May as well.

AGIL is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of components for automotive vehicles, motorcycles, and agricultural tractors.
