Treet sets Rs187m investment path for Loads

November 19, 2025 (MLN): Treet Corporation Limited (PSX: TREET) is set to recommend an investment of up to Rs187,388,997 in the potential right issue of its associated company, Loads Limited, at a maximum price of Rs12.5 per share, following a Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025.

During the meeting at 72-B, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, the Board resolved to seek shareholders’ approval for participating in the right issue intended to be carried out by Loads, as earlier disclosed by Loads on October 23, 2025.

The Board agreed to recommend the investment proposal to Treet’s shareholders, including the option to acquire additional unsubscribed shares, shares offered by directors or substantial shareholders of Loads, or right entitlements available through the Pakistan Stock Exchange. These considerations form part of the broader investment plan and ancillary matters tied to the potential transaction.

To move the process forward, the Board has authorized the management to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EOGM) to obtain the necessary shareholder approval. Details of the meeting will be shared in due course.
