SCRA ends week above Rs30bn

December 04, 2025 (MLN): The SCRA balance increased by Rs.395.85 million during the week ending Nov 28, 2025 to close at Rs.30.25bn.

According to data published by the SBP, the week marked a net selling of securities to the tune of Rs.8.11bn.

During the week SCRA received a total inflow of Rs.35.33bn through remittances, sale of securities and dividends. Inward remittances amount was Rs.7.15bn, sale of securities was recorded at Rs.27.39bn while dividend received was Rs780.4m.

Total outflows from SCRA through outward remittances, purchase of securities and taxes were recorded at Rs.34.93bn. Outward remittances were Rs.15.65bn, total securities purchased amounted to Rs.19.28bn and total tax paid was Rs.2.33m.

Market value of investments made in Equity, T-Bills and PIBS changed by Rs.21.43bn, Rs. -12.425bn and Rs.7.2m to close at Rs.723.73bn, Rs.63.75bn and Rs.23.56bn.
