PSX enhances complaint management system

July 01, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has introduced an upgraded version of its Complaint Management System (CMS) to assist investors in lodging trade-related complaints against Securities Brokers and tracking their status.

The CMS is a dedicated, secure, and user-friendly online portal developed as part of PSX’s digitization initiative aimed at improving user experience through streamlined workflows.

Designed specifically for investors in its initial phase, the portal offers several key features, according to a notification issued by PSX.

The upgraded CMS portal enables investors to electronically lodge complaints from anywhere at any time, 24/7.

It allows secure uploading of supporting documents and provides real-time tracking of the complaint’s status and progress.

The system also maintains a centralized record of all correspondences, ensures timely notifications and updates on pending complaints, and offers the option to submit queries directly through the portal for any clarifications or assistance needed.

PSX has strongly encouraged investors to utilize the CMS portal for efficient registration and resolution of trade-related complaints or disputes.
