PNSC receives LOIs from KPT, PQA for joint investment

July 29, 2025(MLN): Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PSX: PNSC) has disclosed that it has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and Port Qasim Authority (PQA) to jointly explore investment opportunities in the enhancement of fleet and shipping business.

The aforementioned information was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.

PNSC was established under the provisions of the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation Ordinance, 1979.

It is principally engaged in the business of shipping, including charter of vessels, transportation of cargo, and related services, as well as providing commercial, technical, administrative, financial, and other services to its subsidiaries and third parties in connection with shipping operations.

The Corporation is also engaged in renting out its properties to tenants under lease arrangements.
