National Bank expands SME support with new loan options

June 24, 2025 (MLN): The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has introduced a new initiative to support the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across the country.

As part of this effort, the bank offers convenient and easy financing options tailored for various businesses, including flour mills.

The financial support targets flour mills specifically, helping them purchase wheat and manage daily operational expenses.

Under this plan, businesses can apply for loans of up to Rs200 million.

These loans come with several advantages, such as low markup rates, quick processing, and minimal paperwork, according to the press release issued today.

The application process is smooth and stress-free, with dedicated NBP staff providing personalized assistance at every stage.

The financing facility extends beyond SMEs to include larger businesses and commercial enterprises, making it a valuable opportunity for multiple sectors.

NBP, operating through a broad network of designated branches across the country, continues to provide financial solutions nationwide under the identity of the Nation’s Bank.
