Meezan Bank wins Best Bank of Pakistan title for sixth time

August 21, 2026 (MLN): Meezan Bank Limited has secured the Best Bank of Pakistan title for the sixth time and the fourth consecutive year at the Pakistan Banking Awards.

This cements the bank’s position as the only lender in the country to achieve this recognition on six occasions, according to the bank on it’s social media platform.

The bank stated that it has now won the honour in 2018, 2020, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026, a distinction it attributed to its focus on Shariah-compliant innovation and consistent performance.

Meezan Bank expressed gratitude to its customers, staff and stakeholders for their continued support, adding that it remains committed to maintaining the highest standard of service going forward.
