Matco to list Falak Foods with 25% public offering

November 18, 2025 (MLN): Matco Foods Limited (PSX: MFL) says its Board has decided to list its wholly owned subsidiary, Falak Foods (Pvt.) Limited, as a separate legal entity on the Pakistan Stock Exchange.

The decision follows the earlier announcement on November 17, 2025, regarding the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) between the Company and the Subsidiary.

After evaluating various equity-raising options, the Board resolved that the Subsidiary will move forward with a public listing. In line with this plan, the Board has appointed K-Trade Securities Limited as the Consultant to the Issue for the proposed offering of at least 25% of Falak Foods’ shares.

The move marks a significant step in expanding the Company’s growth strategy and unlocking value through a separate listing of its food subsidiary.
