Matco Foods transfers ‘Falak Foods’ spice segment to subsidiary

November 17, 2025 (MLN): Matco Foods Limited (PSX: MFL) executed a Business Transfer Agreement dated November 17, 2025 with its wholly owned subsidiary, Falak Foods (Private) Limited.
The company confirmed that further to its
earlier disclosure dated May 9, 2025, the spice/masala packaging segment of
Matco Foods Limited under the brand ‘Falak Foods’ has been carved out and
transferred to Falak Foods (Private) Limited.
The agreement formalizes the restructuring of the business segment, marking the consolidation of all spice and masala packaging operations under Falak Foods (Private) Limited.
This move aligns the segment’s operational and branding activities within the subsidiary, showing the company’s ongoing internal strategic realignment.
