November 22, 2025 (MLN): MG Pakistan has introduced the MG U9 positioned as a “true luxury off-roader” and opened pre-bookings across the country as it moves to expand its presence in Pakistan’s emerging high-end pickup segment.
The MG U9 will make its formal debut in January 2026, with customer deliveries slated to begin in February, according to a press release.
Pakistan becomes the second global market after Australia to receive the model, emphasizing MG’s strategy of bringing early-release, premium vehicles to local consumers.
Designed as a new-generation intelligent and capable off-road machine, the U9 blends advanced engineering with premium craftsmanship.
Built on a robust platform, it offers SUV-like comfort combined with the strength and versatility of a high-performance pickup.
Its bold geometric surfaces, wide grille, Matrix LED headlights, and 20-inch Cyclone Force alloy wheels give it a modern, muscular road presence.

The BorgWarner Intelligent 4WD system enhances its performance across varied terrains, including extreme off-roading. The U9 also carries a 5-star ANCAP safety rating, seven airbags, Level 2 ADAS, and Bosch’s latest stability systems.
Inside, the pickup features an industrial-inspired, premium cabin equipped with dual 12.3-inch displays, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, an 8-speaker JBL audio system, wireless charging, panoramic sunroof, and multiple comfort enhancements.
These include power-adjustable heated, ventilated front seats, along with a massage function for the driver.
With its powerful drivetrain, refined interior, advanced safety profile, and cutting-edge technology, the MG U9 aims to set a new benchmark for luxury pickups in Pakistan.
Further, appealing to adventure-focused buyers and premium lifestyle users seeking a blend of capability and comfort.
