Khalid Siraj Textile Mills leased out to ASM Industries

August 9, 2021 (MLN): Khalid Siraj Textile Mills Limited (KSTM) has informed through a notice to PSX that the company has been leased out to M/s ASM Industries (private) Limited for three years on rent.
Out of total rental amount of Rs2.20 million per month, 75% will be deducted by licensee against initial investment incurred by the licensee to restore the machinery of Unit into operation.
This was in continuation of special resolution passed by shareholders in the extraordinary general meeting held on April 30, 2021, the notice said.
