JDMT increases authorized share capital to Rs1bn

October 19, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited (PSX: JDMT) have resolved to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs450 million to Rs1 billion, the company’s filing on PSX showed today.
Rs1bn is being divided into 90.50mn ordinary shares and 9,500,000 cumulative redeemable preferences shares of Rs10 per share.
