Ishaq Dar stresses enhanced consular services for Pakistanis in Japan

June 17, 2025 (MLN): To enhance consular services and ensure the welfare of the community, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar advised Pakistan’s Ambassador-designate to Japan, Abdul Hameed Bhutta, to extend all possible support to the Pakistani diaspora in Japan.

This was discussed during a meeting held in Islamabad today, as per the press release issued.

Ishaq Dar emphasized the importance of further expanding Pakistan-Japan bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, IT, and industrial cooperation.

The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador-designate and conveyed his best wishes for a successful tenure.
