June 18, 2025 (MLN): Textile Hub B.V., an associate company of Interloop Limited,
has acquired the Bonnie Doon brand, an established and reputable legwear label,
from Bonnie Doon B.V.
This acquisition encompasses the global trademarks for the brand Bonnie Doon, along with associated inventory and e-commerce infrastructure, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.
Textile Hub manufactures premium-quality Terry Towels, bathrobes, and bar mops designed for hospitality, retail, and institutional use.
